This Privacy Policy explains how apps published by ATS Tech Studio handle your information. It applies to all of our current and future mobile apps (referred to here as "our apps" or "the app"). We build simple apps for small businesses, and we take a minimal-data approach: we collect only what an app needs to work, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

1. Information we collect

The exact data collected depends on the app you use, but across our apps it may include:

• Phone number — to sign you in with a one-time password (OTP) and to identify your account.
• Information you enter — the business records and content you create within an app.
• Device push token — so we can send you notifications related to the app.
• Basic technical data — such as app version and device type, used for reliability and troubleshooting.

We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, SMS messages, or call logs.

2. How we use it

• To sign you in and verify your identity.
• To provide the app's core features and store the records you create.
• To send notifications you have enabled.
• To keep the app reliable, fix problems, and protect against abuse.

3. How it is stored and shared

Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud), using services such as Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Cloud Messaging. We use Play Integrity / Firebase App Check to help protect our apps from abuse.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. Your information is shared only as needed for an app to function — for example, with other authorized members of the same business account, and with Google as our infrastructure provider.

4. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time and delete data that we are not required to keep.

5. Permissions

Depending on the app, we may request:

• Notifications — to deliver push alerts you have enabled.
• Internet — to connect to our services and sync your data.

6. Children

Our apps are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
